Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian TV presenter and actress. She's best known as the star of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control, and Rush. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. Alexandra began her professional career in showbiz early. Her roles included lead characters in TV dramas as young as 16 years old. Following her highly praised role in the television movie Der Tunnel, Alexandra went on to play other noteworthy parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge on Downfall. It received nominations for an Oscar and garnered critical praise. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are other Oscar nominees featuring models. Alexandra was involved in a variety of notable international and national projects throughout the years. They include the British biographical film Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time and as French historic Miniseries Napoleon. She also served on the jury for the Transylvania International Film Festival, and also at Cannes Film Festival.
