Alexandra-Maria-Lara

Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian TV presenter and actress. Her most well-known work is the star of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control, and Rush. Born as the only children to Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra entered the showbiz world early and was performing lead roles in various television dramas by the time she was sixteen. Her fame was due to her performance on Der Tunnel. This paved the way for other unforgettable roles, including Adolf Hitler's secretariat Traudl Junge. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were both nominated for Oscars. In the past, Alexandra has worked in several notable international and national projects. Among others, these projects include British biographical film Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon as well as many other. In addition, she was part of both jury for the Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
